MRI Encouraging

Gordy just called to inform me that the results of the MRI are in and they are encouraging. The doctors did not find anything of concern on the MRI. At this point they will be taking Tim off of the ventilator that he has been on and they will begin to tapper him off of the medications that have kept him in the unconsious state. The doctors are hopeful that there will be good results just around the corner as they make these adjustments.

Please pray that Tim will respond even better than the doctors hope.

Debra, we love you and hope that you're doing okay. Let us know if we can do anything for you while you're back home and we're here. We'll let Karla know what's been going on.

Well Little Brother! This has been hard! I have told many that you are my little brother and I am supposed to beatup your bullies for you. It is hard to see you go through this, and not be able to do anything.

Katie, the girls and I are just praying and trusting the Lord! He has it all figured out! Easy to say, hard to do!

And I know it is not going to get any easier! You are going to have a rough road ahead of you, but a great one. You have never been one to back down from a chanllenge. You will look back one day, not wishing anyone the same, but you will be thankful for your experience! The Lord has some big things planned for you, be ready!

You have already impacted many lives through this. It is amazing what you have done with out being able to know what you have done! Guess that means you have not done anything and it is all of the Lord! :-)

TIM, I LOVE YOU!

Wow. To see how the Body of Christ is uniting through this major trial... Prayers are being sent up to the Father constantly, even by people who have only heard the name "Tim". It is really encouraging to hear that Tim is already showing such progress. God really is present and working! Wow! Thanks be to God for all He does. I will continue to pray for you, Tim, and your family, the doctors, friends, and all involved. God is always awesome and only with His help will we make it through.

My parents are wondering if they can do anything (besides pray, because clearly they're doing that) for the Bauslaugh family. Tim's over here a lot for holidays and football games and stuff so Mr. and Mrs. Bauslaugh if you need anything let us know. Dennis, if you hear of anything anyone needs, give me a call.

I don't even know where to begin. . .Tim, you have been in my prayers ever since I found out what happened. Tim's parents (and everyone), my family has just come through a similar situation with my aunt suffering a brain aneurysm in January. She also was at the neuro-surgical ICU at the U of A and I can tell you that they are quality. Yeah, it's kinda chaotic like every hospital in the city, but the doctors really know what they're doing and my aunt is now recovering quite nicely from something that was originally expected to either kill her or severly handicap her. Thanks to God, prayer, and the hospital, she has full mobility and memory.

My church and family have added their prayers to those being offered up for Tim, and I know that God is already working miracles!

We are constantly raising the Bauslaugh family up in prayer and are so thankful for this blog page that helps us stay updated even though we're far away in Idaho. We love the Bauslaugh familiy deeply and are honored that we can boldly approach the throne and humbly request a complete healing for Tim. The Holy Spirit has impressed on us today to "be still and know that I am God". God is in control -- what a relief!

Tim, Thank you for the truly encouraging note you gave me Friday morning! Tim Bauslaugh,

I want to thank you for the encouragement you have been to me over the 3 yrs I have known you. It has been such a blessing to know you and witness you live your entire life as worship to God. I have appreciated our talks in the Caf, often over breakfast, good ones, yes.

Tim, the perseverance you have is truly admirable. Hang in there my friend! You can do this. Why? Because God is on your side. It is so reassuring to know that God is so much bigger than all of this, and that even "the weakness of God is stronger than man's strength" (1 Cor. 1:25)

Tim and Family, may God continue to be your strength.

Love and prayers,

Mel

Tim and the Bauslaugh family;
You don't know me at all, and I don't know Tim, but one of our pastors asked us to lift this situation up in prayer yesterday and I just wanted you to know that I am doing exactly that. I pray that God will make Himself so very evident to each of you at this time. May you be strengthened and encouraged because of Him.

All our prayers from the Community of Hope are with you Tim and family during this difficult time. Psalm 46:1-4

So we will not fear, even if earthquakes come and the mountains crumble into the sea.
Let the oceans roar and foam. Let the mountains tremble as the waters surge!

Tim and Family,
I am incouraged to hear that so many people are praying for you. We experienced this kind of support 15 months ago when we lost our son in a motor cycle accident.
We felt God's presence through out these months and we know it for certain that these trials have strengthened our faith.
I pray for you that God would grant you complete healing, I also pray that whatever may come you would clearly feel how God's holding you in His hands. Its good to be that secure! God bless you all! Erzsi from Taylor Bookstore.
